Comprehensive Subscription for Energy Solutions

With our comprehensive service concept, Energy as a Service (EaaS), we take over the responsibility for equipment financing, costs, and performance for a fixed monthly price. This includes both new and old equipment, as well as technical installations.

Energy as a Service

With Energy as a Service (EaaS), you can reduce electricity consumption by up to 20%, minimize the risk of failure, and, not least, free up time and resources to create great customer experiences.

With EaaS, you subscribe to energy infrastructure in the store, instead of owning and managing it yourself. This means not only renting equipment but also that we handle everything – including service and maintenance.


Equipment Investment – Both New and Existing Equipment

We offer flexible collaboration models that are fully adapted to your needs. You decide whether you want to own part or none of the equipment installed and operated in the store. It can also include the equipment you already own.

This reduces the balance and avoids high investment costs and technological risks. Our total service (EaaS) is offered through a monthly subscription, and investment costs can be transferred to the operating budget instead.

Asset Investment

Aneo handles investment in new equipment and buys out the current equipment balance. The equipment is financed through a financial partner.

We take care of:

  • Design and quality assurance
  • Optimized use of equipment, leading to longer equipment lifespan
  • Third-party service and maintenance
  • Equipment suppliers selected based on customer preferences

Subscription Agreement Terms

Agreement period from 5 to 15 years

Payment of the balance at the time of the agreement

Aneo handles all investments related to the project

What’s Included in the Lease

  • Design and project management of deliveries in collaboration with the customer’s operational team
  • Close follow-up throughout the entire project period
  • All service and maintenance included for the entire agreement period
  • All legal requirements, such as Energy Assessment and refrigerant accounting
  • Insurance covering unforeseen costs, such as compressor failures and pipe breaks
  • All licenses included in the project (Energy Monitoring System, Service Management, and EOS)
  • No upfront payment; set to 0 at the start of the agreement

EPC contract

We take responsibility for energy performance, where the customer pays a subscription cost that does not exceed the energy savings.

Together with the customer, we determine a period based on typical energy consumption. This serves as the benchmark to later measure performance against.
