Monthly Status Report
Gain better control over your portfolio with a monthly service report.
A structured and consolidated overview of all equipment across the entire store portfolio that aids better investment decisions.
We have developed a report from our operations management system to assist technical managers, regional managers, and store managers in gaining an overview and control of the technical systems in the stores. The service report provides a comprehensive overview of incurred service costs, equipment condition, and recommended investments.
The report is sent monthly and covers service and maintenance costs, condition assessments, and refrigerant status for the period.
Service and Maintenance Costs – Overview of incurred costs and savings on corrections
Customers get a clear overview of the maintenance performed during the period on specific equipment, per store, as well as the savings achieved by us controlling and correcting discrepancies in the supplier invoices for the customer.
We collect all invoices from service partners for the customer, which are presented in a clear and detailed manner in the report. We go through and check them against our systems and the operation history of the stores. If discrepancies are found, we directly contact the service partner to have them correct the billing. These discrepancies and corrections are included and described in the report.

There are a large number of suppliers to deal with. Invoices are numerous, and it’s often difficult to maintain proper oversight of what’s been done in each store and what has been invoiced.
The service report helps our customers maintain a clear overview of the history of what has been invoiced and corrected, as well as the reasons for the correction. Our Service Management department identifies billing errors and follows up with suppliers to ensure corrections are made. The savings achieved will be listed in the report.
Condition Assessment and Investment Proposals – From a Neutral Partner
We emphasize that we are a neutral advisor, and our investment proposals are based on what we believe is the best technical solution for the store’s system, not which supplier/manufacturer the customer should choose.
The report provides a good overview of what we recommend improving, why, and what should be prioritized over other actions, as well as investment costs for these improvements.

A structured overview of the current technical equipment’s condition and the necessary measures helps in better prioritization of investment decisions. Therefore, you can be confident that you are making investments where they are most needed in the portfolio, and that the investments made are sound.
Refrigerant Overview – For Refrigeration Counters, Refrigeration Units, and Cold Rooms
In the report, we also show which refrigerants are used in refrigeration and freezing systems in the individual stores, and any leaks that have occurred and been sealed. The store receives an environmental rating based on the refrigerants used in their systems. Overall, this overview makes it easy to include refrigerant/emissions data in sustainability reporting.

Overview of the Refrigerants Used in Refrigeration Systems
We show whether it is an HFC or natural type, and any leaks that have occurred and been fixed. The store receives an environmental rating based on how much of the systems have been converted to more sustainable CO2 systems.
